TCF Team did a fantastic job on my small fireplace project. From the measuring appointment, to confirming final approval to cut slab, and to installation, every team member was courteous and professional. I would definitely consider using them again.

Excellent follow up by TCF from purchase to installation. Maintained contact through every step of the process. All questions were answered. On time every appointment, actually made it early on day of the install. The installation team were outstanding! Professional, courteous, clean, and knew exactly what they were doing. Our granite countertop from the Countertop Factory is beautiful and perfectly cut. The installation went smoothly and the crew was very professional. They explained the few, easy steps that we needed to do on once the sink was secure and the granite sealed. We could not be happier seeing our project moving to completion.

Very professional. They arrived on time and kept me informed throughout the entire process. There were a couple of issues (the dishwasher wouldn't close properly and one of the countertops was not level), however they came back out promptly and fixed both issues perfectly. The design was matched nearly seamlessly so that it's not easy to tell where two pieces are joined together. The first picture shows where those two pieces are joined and how well they match. All-in-all, I'm very pleased with the results and with their service!

From start to finish the process went smooth. My delivery was delayed several hours on day of day delivery but the installer Fernando(who was awesome and professional) explained why they switched my time it made sense. Fernando sealed up the seam of the 2 parts so well it looked like one piece instead of two. Would definitely use these guys again if needed.

I have used the countertop factory Midwest, on two projects. The first project was my home approximately seven years ago. I updated my kitchen. They installed my countertops. I love ceramic countertops. Now that I’ve sold my home and living in a condo, I updated my countertops to ceramic On both projects, the team that came out and measured along with the team that installed the countertops were professional cordial. They respected me and my family while they were in our house. I gave them a five star rating because I have been pleased with every aspect of the project and the final results. I recommend the Countertop Factory Midwest to everyone.

Good job of communicating on both the measurement and making last minute adjustments on install when they realized the basic material was late in delivery to them do to the nowadays “supply chain issues “Was able to move install just one day to “Get Er Done”. Install boys did a great job of being right on time and and the finished product met our expectations. Will use the again

The folks at the Countertop factory were very responsive and diligent in responding to my questions and concerns. The Countertop Factory did a great job of helping us to create a vintage looking quartz bathroom counter for a 150 year old home. They were extremely professional in their scheduling, measuring, installation, and communication. We were really impressed with the process and results, and will definitely use The Countertop Factory again.

We worked directly with The Countertop Factory. Through the entirety of the project they were prompt, honest, and professional that help us put together a kitchen that we absolutely love. TCF has multiple partners where you can go and view slabs and help make the tough decision for the stone you will select. Going in and picking your slab is simple as they do all the work. Then came the measurement and our technician Howard was great. He was extremely thorough and gave us exactly the layout and made sure all the measurements were precise. Then finally came the install. The installation process was again extremely thorough as they spent 6 hours of their day making sure the countertops were perfect and exactly what we expected. I had never seen a seam on a countertop this unnoticeable. The entire team at TCF made sure we were taken care of and our kitchen turned out even better than we imagined.
