Had a countertop with integrated sink installed by TCF. They were on top of everything, from measuring to installing. Kept me informed and stuck to their timeline. Good customer service.👍

Warning FRAUD...
I went thru home depot rita ranch who forced me to pay in full 6222.00 for lower kitchen cabinets. The installer was not allowed to come back to finish & very elderly man jeff was sent to finish.
1 jeff arrived rude & complaining about having to work on Christmas eve when his scheduler jami insisted I let him come on that day.
2 jeff threw a huge box with one cabinet in it off the back of his truck onto concrete driveway, very careless, lucky it didnt break.
3 fidgeting and acting erratic, jeff kept locking & unlocking my sliding glass door going back and forth to his truck for tools, in panic he blurts out
"Its broken" after he dislodged my sliding glass door from its track. I had to fix it.
4 jeff refused to answer any questions, got visibly angry.
5 jeff refused to complete some electric on the work order to hook up my disposal on kitchen sink, he said the work order was wrong but I would get refunded.
6 The refund amount is 800.00 for what jeff refused to do yet they would only refund me I think was 400.00 & stole 400.00. The mngr cody seemed like he was skilled at negotiating to keep peoples $. Why when refund is due in total for things your installer refused to do.
They over collect, back out of work & refuse rightful refund money! Its the same as stealing folks.
7 The p trap pipe for my kitchen sink just vanished. I had to buy new & pay extra to a plumber to install it! Costing me money!
8 The scheduler Jami refused my request to get the first installer who started my job. She forced me to take jeff & almost ruined my Christmas eve. I do not believe jeff could even do electrical work. Then they quit my job with a bad excuse leaving me with no working disposal.
9 Then a home depot rita ranch mngr informs me they wont install my upper cabinets that was a separate estimate after they created a bunch of drama. An attempt to retaliate for standing up to their crap.
I wasnt going to hire them to do upper cabs after this....fraud is fraud & were not even in minneapolis.
FRAUD I lost 400.00-600.00.
Do not hire the counter top factory!
Im lucky I only paid for lower cabinets as I wanted to see their work before hiring for upper cabinets. I did cut my losses doing that & was able to firsthand see the counter top factory are FRAUDSTERS.

home depot rita ranch forces you to pay up front in full when they shouldnt & david in cabinet design is rude & unhelpful with a scowl 😠 on his face.
Be forewarned do not go to home depot for cabinets unless you want to have hundreds stolen and pay additional 1100.00 to do unfinished work they refused to do.
Expect for your thousands of dollars to deal with angry agitated people with zero patience & be put on perma hold if you call with questions or worse be told by installer jeff he cant answer your question.
These people are Chaos, Confusion and Criminals. Dont go to home depot rita ranch.

Bob came and did a great job on the plumming, trim, cabinet door replacements and the cabinet handles. He was very neat and pleasant to work with, we appreciated his attention to detail! Hopefully the tile work will go as well today.

The counter top installation went very smoothly and took less time than we expected. The installers were polite and professional, completing the job and cleaning up all debris before they left.

My countertops turned out even better than I could imagine. The best part was that the Countertop Factory gave me a realistic timeline and followed it. Nothing was delayed and I could really appreciate that. I would highly recommend!
